Repair and renovation of Office Room on ground floor at Lok Nirman Bhawan Jammu (Under Non Plan for the year 2025-26) (2nd Call)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead of area of 3 sqm. and below.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminum butt hinges ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.100x63x3.2 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 150x10 mm.

Providing fixing Toughened glass 12 mm thickness in wooden partition (transparent / frost) all complete.

Providing and fixing of Zebra blinds of approved colour made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquely with zero light transmittance having width of 280cm and weight of 148g/sqm +5% and fabric repeat size having solid 13.5cm +5% and mesh 9cm+5% conforming to relevant IS parameters (Hunter Douglas / Johnson / Hillarys / Vista / marvel) including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and make approved by engineer in charge (Complete job).

Providing and fixing of wall paper of approved colour made polyester yarn coated to ensure complate incl all fixture and fitting (complete job).

Engaging labour as per requirement at site.

Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws complete. 12 mm thick Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing of PVC wall panelling of superior quality of make like wall face or equivalent (0'-10" x 10'-0" @ 3.4 Kg/E) with necessary fittings / accessories (Make approved by E.I.C) complete job.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
