Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling of 4 mm thick phenol bonded Bamboo Mat board (595x595 mm) conforming to IS:13958-1994 including providing and fixing of frame work made of GI angle 25x25x0.4 mm thick all around suitably fixed to wall with the help of dash fastener and hanger frame (600x600 mm c/c) made GI slotted Tee having powder coating on bottom side (30x25x0.3 mm thick for main member & 25x25x0.3 mm for cross member) connected to ceiling with 2.64 mm GI wire and anchor fastener at every junction and also including cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing at Bamboo Mat board conforming to IS:13958-1994 for partition to frame by bucking studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) 4 mm thickness

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. 2000 Litre Capacity

Providing and fixing nominal guage PVC Pipe of approved quality compleate with special flang compression type fittings including •enching and re filling etc. External work

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mill thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied@ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing Corrugated G.S. sheet rooting including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with 0.1. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. .0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work.
