Material and labour for plain cement concrete M-7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete M-10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 →complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS work in Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with ashers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 3.15mm dia ( minimum ) any size or type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of GI binding wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Concertina Coil with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia , fixed with existing angle iron (Y) shape angle iron placed on chain link fencing with the barbed wire ,stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT) / spring core 2.5mm thick wire of high tensile strength of 170kg/sqmm with tape 0.52mm thick and weight 43.478gm/m etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternate panel , finished fair and even without using extra cement etc omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Gl exposed frame work for seamless ceiling of grid size 605mm x 605mm, comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board as per IS 14862 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for double charged Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm and not exceeding 0.38 Sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for newly plastered surface of wall including necessary preparation and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of primer over a layer of 1.0 mm thick cement base wall care putty chalk whitening etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and getting out as in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel in Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for clean and dry river sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade , with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of LED street light fitting ( Building Security light) of 35Watt with LED lamp’s & driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminum housing, IP 65/IP 66 road way luminaries with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover or toughen glass cover & high power LED’s as light source with 110 Lumen per watt and electronic driver with efficiency > 85% . The light fitting shall be fixed on wall/pole with and including 25 mm dia( or higher size as per manufacturers recommendation) light grade GI pipe (bend to shape or as per manufacturers recommendation ) bracket 1.5 mtr long complete with MS flat iron clamp (clamps shall be 40 x 5 mm MS flat) nuts, bolts & washers including painting the clamps with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including taking up old light fitting complete all as specified and as directed Make:- Model No- TRP-400-35-57-SL-LM-NSR of Crompton Greave/ NXT P 36L WH CR PC SD of Bajaj or equivalent model of make list as given in PS. Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron using GI 4 mm dia wire as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed .
