Construction of Machine hole and sewer pipeline arrangements at Thanathavam main road in ward 68

Construction of RCC cast-in-situ circular and Rectangular Manholes using M25 Design Mix Concrete including cost of earthwork, Base Concrete,Centering for all RCC works, Cost of Reinforcement and RCC Cover slab with Manhole cover as per the Type Design and levels given by the departmental as per the following specifications. Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight coarse aggregate) using Sulphate Resistant cement and 40 mm H.B.G stone including mixing concrete, laying, curing and compacting of concrete etc., complete and as directed by the Corporation Engineers. Base Slab: M30 Concrete to 300 mm thick Side Wall: M30 Concrere to 250 mm thick Cover Slab: M30 Concrete to 300 mm thick Steel Centring for all RCC items included Supplying, fabricating & placing in position MS or deformed steel bars for RCC items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc, including cost of binding wire chairs, laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour & materials complete for Base Slab, Side Wall and Cover Slab Supply and delivery of 600mm dia FRC Extra heavy duty Manhole Covers / Frames to stores on as per IS 12592:2002 to its latest revision with reinforcement details for covers and frames. 600mm dia Extra heavy duty FRC manhole frame to have clear opening of 600mm dia to suit 600mm dia FRC Cover including fixing into position and including fixing of PVC encapsulated CI steps. etc complete., Upto 1.50

Dismantling of existing flexible pavement and deposition of dismantled materials along road side of at a safe location as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing the Existing Paver block M40grade 80mm thick & 60mm thick in the the rate including Removing and Stock to the Same Site and tranporting loading unloading and Labour Charges and Other tools etc.complete as per standard specification,.

Earth work excavation for foundation & depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m & lift of 2 m for depths in soft disintegrated Rock when required, barricading with safety lamps etc all complete as per standard specification as directed by the Departmental Engineer. Upto 2m

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths Upto 2-3m

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 grade for levelling course for base of trenches/channels etc. with the maximum size of coarse aggregate 40 mm size curing by sprinkling/ ponding of water, etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dewatering the trenches during excavation and laying jointing of sewers by engaging diesel pumpset upto 7.5 hp with fuel, crew, hire charges, transportation and all other items of work complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Laying and Jointing of UPVC 10Ksc as per IS 4985/2000 Pipe including testing and laying pipes and specials in trenches to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the departmental Engineer-in- charge 200mm Upto 2

Supplying, Laying and Jointing of CI pipe with socket and spigot ends for LA Class as per IS 1536/2001. 250mm Upto 2-4m

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the alignment after the pipes & specials are laid, jointed & tested in layers & watering, ramming & consolidation directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Disposal of surplus earth including loading and conveyance within a distance of 5 km (basic cost of earth is zero) including loading charges and Conveyance Charges of 5 kms distance.

Restoration of road along the excavated and refilled portion of sewer pipeline trenches with gravel filling for 15cm thick, C.C. 1:4:8, W/40mm metal, CC 1:2:4 W/20mm metal, 10cm thick, Ea., including cost of all materials, conveyance, laying consolidation, curing, watering, tools, plant and equipment and in accordance with MORTH specification and conveyance of excavated earth upto 5 Km lead including.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by Departmental officers

Replacement of Underground Utilities (PVC Pipe) damaged during earthwork excavation for pipe laying works including cost of additional earthwork excavation in all soil strata, including BT/CC road cutting, removal of slushy soil and replacing the pipeline with sound pipe, including supply and delivery of PVC pipes, couplers, jointing materials and required specials, cutting, conveying , laying, jointing and cost of refilling for the additional earthwork etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 25mm GI Pipe
