Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:- (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

(B) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(C)Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(D) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(E) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landings in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(F) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Stone filling/ soling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical rammer to required level as per HPPWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Column, pillars, posts and struts in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

c) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

(d). Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing to the surface and finishing of nosing in all floor levels.

E) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:16graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth using 1st class bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in all depth, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights using first class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provding and laying Brick Bats 63mm nominal size complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasters including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleats angle, aluminum, snap beading for glazinge/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames.

For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Particle board bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade in partitions Prelaminated board bwp phenol bonded exterior/interion grade both sides. 12mm thick including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading of aluminium including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of Asian paints or equivlant of approved shade and manufacture on ceiling/slopping surfaces and undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equaeliet on under corted wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete., including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Providing and Laying 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre) thick mirror polished kota stone slab flooring of size with 20mm (twenty milimetre ) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (one cement is to four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and treading the surface with bee wax etc. as per HP.
