Demolition of stone masonry above ground level upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolition above ground level upto all floro level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts in reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm (Fifteen centimeters) thickness complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : tweve graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete excluding Cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-10 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast, retaining walls and courtyard etcetera including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) in super structure upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimeters) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( One cement : four sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty )design Mix. to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty Newton per millimetre Square) with minimum cement content of 340 Kg (three hundred forty Kilogramme) per cubic metre mechnically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing bases of columns pillar posts and struts and the like and mass upto all floor levels in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retining walls etcetera including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm ( twenty five millimetre) nominal size in open foundation and plinth of Toe wall & catch pit, abutments and under floors etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing & MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement makes of (TATA/Sail/JINDAL Panther/JSW Make ) for reinforcement cement concrete work including bending, binding, straightening and placing in position including the cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900mm (Nine hundred millimetre diametre) ( to level and slopes) reinforced cement concrete non pressure pipe I.S.I class NP-2 for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in single row including collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two coarse sand) but excluding the cost of excavation protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering one or more additional coats as required to give smooth finish and even shade with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Nerolac/ICI Dulux) and of required shade on decorated wall surface after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In beams, joists channels, angles tees, flats and the like works including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar bed wire(IS:278-1962 type-I weighting 9.38 kg per 100 metres(Nine point three eight per hundred metres) minimum straining and fixing to any type of standrad rails straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concretesteel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
