Taking down and dismantling of defective parts of geysers of any capacity by unscrewing the nuts from the mounting bolts and disconnection of electric and water connection including transportation the same to workshop and reinstallation/Reassembling complete of geysers after repair. NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Minor parts such as nuts and bolts reqd for fixing inner tank is deemed to be included under this item.

Supply only geyser assy 6/9 holes including, rubber rings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc for 25 Ltrs capacity geysers.

Supply only geyser assy 6/9 holes including, rubber rings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc for 50 Ltrs capacity geysers.

Supply only base plate of geysers of 25 Ltrs capacity.

Supply only base plate of geysers of 50 Ltrs capacity.

Supply only PVC connection ½” heavy duty 450mm long for cold water.

Supply only PVC connection ½” heavy duty 450mm long for Hot water.

Spray painting of Geyser of any capacity with synthetic enamel paint of superior quality including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Steel water tubing, medium grade, Galvanized with screwed and socket joints, with all fittings such as short lengths, tees, bends, unions, elbows, reducers etc concealed in wall or laid fixed in repairs in floors 15mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC cable 40/.0076 three core for geysers

Supply only indication lamp for Geysers

Supply only plug top 3 pin 15 Amp for Geysers

Supply only non return valve 15mm

Supply only single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole mcb 10 amps.

Fan/Exhaust FansTaking down ceiling fan/ EXHAUST FANS from any position dismantling the blades, cutting damaged winding and taking the fans to contractor wksp for rewinding of ceiling fan motor single phase 220/230 volts 50 c/s 1200/1400 mm sweep of any type with suitable size super enameled copper winding wire with allied winding material varnishing with air dry insulation carrying complete servicing of fan by cleaning greasing the bearing, oiling of moving parts, washer packing including replacement of split pin, twin flexible copper wire of size 0.5 Sqmm length upto 1 Mtr length, reassembling and testing on load and fixing in existing position,complete all as directed. (i) unserviceable parts/components require for replacement shall be paid under separate item as “supplied only” . Note (i) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of Fan/Eaxhaust fan to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of fan at workshop .

Spray painting to all exposed surfaces of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep after cleaning all dust and scratching of old paint and painting with one coat of synthetic enameled paint and writing Numbering in capital letter complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per ser item No 32 herein before but exhaust fan of 300/450 mm sweep

Supply only Rubber real with nut, bolts clamp and washers of suitable size for ceiling fan.

Supply only Top and bottom canopy of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Ceiling fan blade suitable 1200/1400 mm sweep and to match with the existing fan and as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Down rod of mild steel of standard dia upto 0.5 mtrs length suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep

Supply only Fan hook 15" long made out of 8mm MS bar 'S' hook including suitable clamp made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron and also including nuts, bolts etc. complete all directed.

All as per Item No.25 for wall mounted bracket fan.

Supply and fix in replacement of Single core unsheathed 1100 volts PVC-FRLS insulated wire with copper conductor(multistrand) ISI marked of size 1.5 Sqmm , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Single core unsheathed 1100 volts PVC-FRLS insulated wire with copper conductor(multistrand) ISI marked of size 2.5 Sqmm , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP- 6 to 32 Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP-32 to 40 Amp, 240 volts 50Hz AC supply, complete all specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN-6 to 32 Amp, 240 volts 50Hz AC supply, complete all specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN-40 to 63 Amp, 240 volts 50Hz AC supply, complete all specified.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB TPN 40 to 63 Amp 240 volts complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
