Providing and laying cast in situ cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels, and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time including dewatering if any, all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

For Sub Structure

Fencing with G. I. barbed wire 12 SWG [ 9.38 Kg/100m (Min.)] over RCC precast post with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete as per drawings , specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1) Cost of RCC posts shall be paid under relevant item. 2) Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire.

Supplying and fixing M30 Grade RCC pre cast poles/struts of size 100 X 100 X 2100 mm or as shown in the drawing, including providing & placement of 4 nos of 6 mm dia longitudinal reinforcement and 9 nos of rings and holes/hooks for fixing barbed wire / steel clamps at 150 mm C/C as shown in the drawing including embedding the posts in 1:2:4 Cement Concrete etc. all as per drawings, specifications, IS code 4996 and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Cement concrete of 1:2:4 shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing, fabricating, fixing in position crimp net gate of single / double leaf shutter with 50mm dia. medium class G.I. tubular frames in combination with 40 x 40 x 6 mm m.s. angle all around, welding 50x50mmx4 gauge crimp net with 14 gauge GI sheet 300mm wide strip as shown in drawing, gates fixed to MS channel post of ISMC 150 , 2 numbers forming box on either side, filling with PCC 1:1.5:3 including pivot type hinges, locking arrangement, aldrop,tower bolts, embedding channel posts in RCC of grade M30 including painting the gate and all steel work with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc coat primer etc. all complete generally as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- a) Quoted rate shall include cost of all MS & GI elements including GI pipes, crimp net, MS angle, flats, sheet, MS channel post (ISMC 150) etc., as a whole unit. b) Excavation, RCC footing, Reinforcement etc. shall be paid under relevant item. c) The M.S. Post embedded in concrete shall not be measured for payment.

Structural steel work at all locations using hollow steel sections, plates, angles, tee, channel, I-sections, bars, pipes, flats, chequered plates etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, bolting, erecting, making holes / chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete / brick work with necessary hold fasts / screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete / brick work after fixing / embedding including painting two coats of anti-corrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying of Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade FE-500D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, RINL, JSW only of various diameters required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required from each batch etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and location conforming to IS: 456-2000 and IS: 13920 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge
