Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:11/2:3 (One cement One and half sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of reinforcement grill for all RCC works including cost of steel rod and binding wire, labour for bending, cutting and tying etc., complete as directed by dept. officers in all floors.

Supplying erecting steel centering using M.S. Sheet of size 90 X 60 cm BG 10 gauge stiffered welded with MS angle of size 15 X 25 X 3mm laid over silver oak country wood joints of size 10 X 6.5cm spaced about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm Tk for all type of RCC roof slab, lintel, beam ‘T’ (or) ‘L’ beam landing slab, plinth beam grade beam, column footing sunshade etc (The retrived materials should be taken back by the contractor) and std. specification.- Plain surface Upto Basement

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4" ) including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost .) - Abpve Basement

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick including water proofing compound curing finishing etc., Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved color to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

Supplying and fixing of MS angles of best & approval quality including necessary cutting, bending, welding, transportation and placing in position with proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer etc., Complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Casting and fixing of R.C.C. PRECAST SLABS of following thickness in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four metal) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone metal including cost of reinforcement grill in position but including cost of molding and plastering the top side with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick curing, finishing, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. - 50 MM Thick
