M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of internal walls and ceilings by scrapping and removing treated surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having vacuum mechanism for suction) having minimum 1500 RPM, sanding pad of 80 grit size having 7"-9" dia (as required) incl cleaning, watering to make the surface clean & free from dust, etc incl necessary scaffolding, safety & protective measures complete all as specified & directed. (NOTE: This item shall not be considered for areas measured under Item No. 02 here-in-after)

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5.0mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces of Ceilings, Plastered Surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on external surfaces of brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing New/Undecorated Plastered Surfaces of Walls, applying a coat of suitable cement primer followed by a Coat of 2.0 mm thick Wall Putty (in two layers of 1mm thick) including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and finishing with Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved) as per desired shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, up to 4 storey height incl necessary scaffolding safety gear etc complete all as specified and directed.
