Routine Operation and Maintenance of existing 160 KVA Diesel Generator set at Archives building, Port Blair for the period of one year

Routine Operation for 01 No. 160 KVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz Diesel Generator in all working days, sundays and holidays and in all shifts to restore power supply whenever the electricity department power fails including check hoses for leaks, coolant / water level, clean DG set and its surroundings, Lub oil level (top up if required), batteries clean by wiping them with a damp cloth whenever dirt appears excessive, collecting and compiling of data and maintaining of Log - Books etc. as required on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge.

Semi - Skilled Labour (01No X 03 Shift X 365 Days)

Supplying of HSD Oil for the operation of existing 160 KVA Diesel Generator set including storage, transporation from POL outlet to site on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Supplying of Lub Oil (15W/40) for the operation of existing 160 KVA Diesel Generator set including storage, transporation from POL outlet to site on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Attending minor routine maintenance works for the above said 01 No. 160 KVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz Diesel Generators installed at Archives building, Port Blair with the assistance of operational staff mentioned in item No. (1). This includes maintenance of Generator and engine control panel, engine self starter, charging alternator. Rectification that includes fuel system, radiator, electric terminations are tight in order to avoid arcing, overheating and replacement of switchgears if required etc., as required to keep the system healthy on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge. (This includes labour & tools).

Supplying and Replacement of spares such as Lub oil filter, fuel filter, Air Cleaner, Lub oil and Coolant including checking of all fuel lines, hoses, all electrical wiring system etc. as required to carry out the preventive maintenance ("B" - Check) and test at full load conditition upto the satisfaction of 160 KVA Diesel Generator set installed at Archives building, Port Blair (ASHOK LEYLAND : Make ) and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge
