Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth including carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trussed purlins in building including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and placing in position 1000 (one thousand) litres net capacity PVC water storage tank of sintex ISI 12701 marked G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangment, float valve including hoisting upto all heights above ground level.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade) tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal bore including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing brass full way valve with wheel 15mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal bore as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter with Readymixed red oxide paint or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of Asian / Nerolac approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
