Disconnecting all power connections on the input as well as output side of the 35mm2/50mm211KV 3-Core armoured XPLE HT transmission Cable line after taking due clearance, shut down from PDD and then Replacement and fitting of 35mm2/50mm2 heat shrinkable Straight-Through outdoor Type cable kit suitable for 3-Core armoured XLPE Cable by way of lowering the cable from the ST poles to the suitable location, cutting the damaged ruptured portion of the Cable and then preparing the cable terminals and then providing, fitting of all-weather proof outdoor type Straight-Through Cable Kit by way of heating the kit using Gas burner torch/blow lamp as shown in the instruction sheet supplied with new the cable kit. After the repairs are made HT cable is to be laid and fitted back on the ST- Poles. All power connections incoming as well as outgoing shall be reconnected and the HT Line be tested on full load. The job includes cost on a/c of Gas burner torch/blow lamp for heating purpose, skilled and unskilled Labour, tools & tackles, ladders, ropes, carriage, safety harness etc. arranged and brought to site by the contracting agency. The cable kit shall be of Denson/Gee seal/GMG/Hotset make. Note: The old material shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old scrap/material.
Replacement of old damaged Link set by way of first taking due clearance, shut down from PDD then providing & fitting of 11 KV heavy duty link set complete of reputed make after replacement of the damaged link set. The job includes cost on account of Nuts, bolts, Washers, skilled labour, transportation charges, tools and tackles, Drilling machine, ladders, safety harness etc. required as per site requirement.
Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 x 40, 10ft long with suitable dia. size holes for installation of the above link set along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, Nuts, bolts, Washers, skilled labour, transportation charges, tools and tackles, Drilling machine, ladders, safety harness etc. required as per site requirement, for proper fitting of the channel on poles as per present IEEE rules.
