Providing and fixing of aluminium work for windows and ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard sections of Make Hindalco/Burako/Jindal conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer in charge (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid separately) a) For Fixed portion Windows and ventilators size of section 110mmx44.5mm, 10 SWG (min wt 2.50Kg/mts), powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns) Note: The window having more than 25 sft opening shall have one openable shutter.

Providing and fixing of aluminium work for Main door glazed with openable glazed windows as per drawing with extruded built up standard sections of Make Hindalco/Burako/Jindal conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer in charge including Glazing 5 mm thick toughened glass, panelling and dash fasteners along with all required fixtures including D- Handles, tower bolts and lock. a) For Fixed portion Windows size of section 101.6mmx44.45mm, 14 SWG (min wt 1.605Kg/mts), powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)

Filling the gaps in between aluminium frames and adjacent RCC/Brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete up to 5 mm depth in both faces and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium windows and ventilators and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer–in-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item of aluminium and shall not be measured) with security toughened glass 8 mm (Weight not less than 20 Kg/Sqm) thick of make SaintGobain/Modiguard/Gold Plus

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of Grade AC15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the exiting windows frames with C.P brass/stainless steel screws@200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of fixtures and hardware’s complete as per the requirements and direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment) 50 mm opening, 5.5 mm thick aluminium mesh wire @2.15Kg/Sqm
