Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 400 x 400 mm , in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L first quality coloured glazed ceramic, joint free tiles fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x450x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pattern of the tiles will be decided by GE at the time of execution.

M&L for 14 - 18 mm thick Granite (of approved colour) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and poilishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sqm including making good dismantled portion by brickwork, concrete (1:2:4) or CM(1:3) and plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm including making good dismantled portion by brickwork,cement concrete (1:2:4) or CM(1:3) and plastering each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. hydraulic door closer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated factory made aluminium window and ventilator (glazed/ gauzed) shutters with frame as per Drg. no. LZ/C-TD/144 dt. 30 May 2017, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays hinges, tower bolt, suitable handle complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Net opening will be measured for payment, Note:- guage wiremesh & aluminium grill will be measured separately)

Supply only aluminium grill of weight not less than 2.5 kg/sqm of shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8 mm thick tinted glass each panes fixed on aluminium door shutter with and including aluminium beading, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick aluminium composit panel sheet any size fixed on door/ window/cupboard shutters with and including beading/ putty/ rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads/ metal pins complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New steel required for glazing glass in steel window will be paid for separately.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of decorative type/wood grain printed colour of size 50 X 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid type/ Plain flush door shutter of size 35 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistureproof and fire retardant & fixing with stainless steel butt hinges on door with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick plain WPC factory made wire mesh solid door shutter (confirming as per Is 4020) with density not less than 600 KG/Cum Manufactureed by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. The door to be pannened with SS mosquito mesh for additional strength and safety purpose Door should be fixed with SS hinges and SS screw Door should be water proof fire retardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wire cloth used shall be of 0.36 mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 3 track sliding Window with mesh shutter - (2- glass shutter and 1-mesh shutter) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of (108 mm x 45 mm) x 2.20 mm for outer frames, (39 mm x 58 mm) x 2.20mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum through fusion welding. The window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make and thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm prefabricated & welded mesh shutter frame shall be (39 mm x 58 mm) x 2.0 mm fitted with Vinyl Coated Fiber mesh- on rollers/ pulley duly fixed with Grey colour TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. Window shall be provided with standard hardware & Single point locking system of touch Lock system. the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work. Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) and 5mm float glass. NOTE: (i) Cost of ss wire mesh and 5mm clear glass is deemed to be inclusive in this item. (ii) Net opening will be measured for payement purpose.

EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated) and 5mm float glass. M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured and polished of any shape and size confirmeing to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade over 50 mm thick sand cushioning, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand for sand cusion for interlocking paver block including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in anymortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base padding complete all as specified and directed.

MM&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floorswith grey cement and pigments over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in rounded or chamfered on edges in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, steps of stair(treads), set with neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) screed bed/bedding layer, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sahde of the slab including rubbing and polishing damaged stone slab of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set in neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium extruded section body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
