Providing temporary platform by way of Scaffolding for all kind of work in Halls, rooms overhead tank having exceptional heights with bamboos completely tied with ropes on joints and platform of old CGI sheets etc. in all respects including carriages of material within all leads and lifts as per diections of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint except sfaffolding etc. complete: a) In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting Steel work plates or angle cleats as main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 25X25mm mesh of weight not less than 3.20 Kg. per Sqm. to existing steel window frames i/c 20X5mm M.S. flat acting as beading and i/c welding rigidly complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing 19mm (average) dia & 75mm long M.S.boltswith nuts and washers complete in all respects to existing steel structure.

Removing old paint lfrom Steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even (except scaffolding etc.). a) With hand scraping providing.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper (except scaffolding etc) complete in all respect. a) With Ready mixed paint brushing with red lead red oxide zinc oxide or crome..

Painting three coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with ready mixed bituminous paint brushing black anticorrosive to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter(except scaffolding etc) complete in all respect.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with aluminium paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter(except scaffolding etc) complete in all respects.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with aluminum paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter(except scaffolding etc) complete in all respects.

Painting two coat(Asian or Nerolac) excluding priming coat on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter (except scaffolding etc) complete in all respects. a) Enamel paint other than white.
