Split opening the submessible pump multi stage 3 phase 10 to15 HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve, impellers, diffuser bush, diffuser housing ,bearing, bushes, strainer, bolts, nuts etc and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as specified and directed.

M& L for split opening the submessible motor 10HP to15HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as directed. NOTE FOR ITEM SR NO 01 TO 73 :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost alongwith other penalities as mentioned in contract. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and priming with one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome, two coat of Synthetic enamel painting on steel and iron surfaces any description (pipes/pumpsets) over 10 cm width and girth in old painted surfaces in synthatic enamel paint two coats all as directed by Engr -In- charge
