Maximum losses of transformer shall be as per energy efficiency level-3 as per IS-1180 (Part-I):2014

Altitude of installation - 1750m above MSL Note : 1. The transformer shall be ISI marked with energy efficiency level -3 category and having BEE certification. Routine and type test cerificate(as per IS-2026) shall be produced by the tenderer. Certification from BIS and BEE shall be produced against the manufacturer 2. Any subsequent amendment to IS or Govt notification on the subject shall be assumed as implemented in the schedule mentioned above on the date of supply. 3. Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE (WC) and the unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of the same. 4. Drawing for the transformer shall be got approved by the GE before placing order by contractor.

Note : (I) Item rate shall be inclusive of connection of LV side of transformer with MCCB 630 Amp, 4 pole 415 Volts, rupturing capacity 50 KA Adjustable thermal fixed magnetic MCCB including fixing arrangements & suitable MS enclosure, by single core to run of 120 Sqmm copper cable having length 40 RM for each phase and neutral complete with lugs nuts volt ect. (ii) All four sides of trolley cage be provided with danger notice plate for 11 KV HT supply with standard skull and bone sign. The rate for the same will be inclusive in the quoted rate. (iii) All side of cage and door/roof top should be detachable type for easy dismantling during maint of transformer. (iv) Items rate will be inclusive of mounting the transformer on trolley with fixture and any T&P and labour reqd be provided by the contractor. (v) Before placing order of trolley , drawing of the same should be approved by GE.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of PVC insulated single core copper multistranded cable 1100 volts grade 25sqmm of 15 RM long with copper lugs at both and with provision of nut bolts and washer complete as specified and directed. (For transformer body and neutral earthing from existing earth point).

Supply & laying insulated rubber mat size 1mx2mx19mm (WxLXT) suitable for electric supply 11000 Volt as per specified by Engg.-in-charge.
