M&L for serviceing and repairing of 630 KVA Oil Cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Volatge regulator/Dimmerstat by disconnecting of all incomming and out going cable, opening of top cover carefully, cleaning of motor, service connection, gear pininon and replacement of minor spares such as fuse, diode, carbon brushs, holder, internal electrical wiring and electronic accessories and insulated properly by varnishing, greasing, CRC spraying, electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil, making electrical connection by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete, etc. including testing of servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Tools and plant required such as chain pulley, lifting material, etc. are to be arranged by contractor and rate is deemed to be inclusive with quoted. (ii) Supply of spares as required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F as in replacement of silica gel grains in breather assembally of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration and filtration of existing Transformer/Servo voltage stabilizer/Isolation transformer of any capacity on site at different locations without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating system in order to achieve Di-electric strength of oil 50 KV-60 KV minimum at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS as in topping up / replacement up to desired level of Transformer/Servo voltage stabilizer capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50 KV at 2.5mm gap.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG Cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall complete all as specified and as directed, . Note : Rate of the saddle and clamp for fixing of cable on wall is included with the quoted rate.

M&L for relaying and rerouting after pulling out the HT/LTcable any size from trenches/road crossing/from the circular pipe/duct etc without damaging the cable and cleaning/straightening of cable if required at site of serviceable HT/LT UG cable of any size and any capacity all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, sand, bricks and connected items shall measured and paid separately.

Exavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth, getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consilidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and to be paid.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old serviceable bricks laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushioning laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty, galvanished steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor of 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sq.mm 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipe/on wall, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of the saddle and clamps for fixing of cable on wall are deemed to be included in quoting rate.

All as per Serial Item No. 23 here-in-before but of size 240 Sq.mm 3.5 core.

Taking down/out unserviceable GI / HDPE pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs galvanised iron pipe of size 80mm dia, 'light grade' for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs galvanised iron pipe of size 50mm dia, 'light grade' for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm dia, under road/foot path, not exceeding 10m in a single length complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe to be measured and paid separately.

S&F as in repairs straight through cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable, 1100 volt grade, heavy duty, with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor, nominal cross-sectional area 25 Sq.mm to 50 Sq.mm, 3½ core/4 core and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 35 here-in-before but of nominal cross-sectional area exceeding 70 Sq.mm, 3½ core.

M&L for repairing of LT existing panel doors welding, cutting, inches, nuts, bolts, etc. including doors hinges material, cleaning/dressing of inner and outer part, crimping, replacement of gland, lungs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Item such as gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB etc. to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of LT panel/feeder pillar any size after cleaning the body surface inner side and outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of transformer/ AVR of 100 KVA to 630 KVA in any size after cleaning the body surface outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long and diameter of neck 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium lugs of the following sizes :-

S&F as in repairs MCCB, 4 pole 125 Amps, breaking capacity 25 KA, thermal and magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out old existing unserviceable/burnt out MCCBs form site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 50 here-in-before but of 160 Amps MCCB, breaking capacity 36 KA.

S&F as in repairs changer over switch (SS Enclosure) complete with of capacity 630 Amps, 415 volt, 4 pole, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs copper strip of size 20x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulator/spacer, fixed at every 1.0m length on roof/wall of building and joining the same with existing/new earth test point including taking down old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc. for road complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping and footing for poles, etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light fitting, 40 watt, 230 volts, AC, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (8.5m to 9m long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1.0m length, 1.0m height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken boulders aggregate for loose filling near and around electric switch yard/electric equipment, gauge 40mm to 80mm graded, also surface dressing as and when required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, conneted to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earting test point including necessary excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) having suitable handle (10mm MS rod 20mm dia, GI pipe (medium grade) watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for removing of grassing, excavation upto depth 15cm and surface dressing at 11 KV switch yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The contract sum shall be derived by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
