   Railway reserves the right to procure the material only from OEM or authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers who has supplied same or equivalent item in Railway or any Govt. Organization (in the last three financial year plus the current financial year). OEM/authorized dealers are requested to intimate make brand cat. No of their offer and should upload detailed technical literature/leaflet of the same otherwise the offer shall be liable to be ignored. Item wise Make/Brand HSN code, OEMs name and address must be mentioned in their offer. For proof of supply to other Railways/PSU's a copy of the Purchase Order along with Inspection Certificate and Receipt Note Certificate for the same or similar items for the quoted make/equivalent must be uploaded, otherwise they shall be deemed to have no such past performance for the similar or equivalent item and the tender shall be decided accordingly however, railway reserves the right to also check the firms past performance in its own Rly. Purchase order is not considered as performance until Railway get confirmation of supply against your attached PO. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard. Para No. 2.6.1 of GCC attached may be referred to, for full details. Bidders are advised to read it carefully before bidding.
