Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
Cladding the vertical wall surfaces with prepolished Premium black Granite slabs of approved colour 20mm thick of best quality and free from all defects and set in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement: two of sand) 10mm thick . The joints shall be flush with faces of granite slabs and in line, the joints shall be pointed neatly with the same colour pigment mixed with white cement of 1.80Kg/M2. the slabs so laid shall be supported with suitable arrengements for the period of 2 hours after laying to avoid falling of granite slabs by its self weight after laying in position.The granite slabs shall be got approved by the deptl.officers before use on work etc complete the rate is including labour, all materials scaffoling charges , hire charges for granite cutting machine, power consumption etc complete.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means
Methodology: providing the Safety Scaffolding and Platform by Contractors, Removing all the exposed damaged Fins Facade Dead mortars, Spelled Concrete, loosen Particles by Chizzel and Hammer Followed by Cleaning the Corroded Rods which is oxidized. The Cleaning method For Rods by Metal brush Sand Paper. Protection anti corrosive paints for Damaged Rods For Fully Damaged Rods Cutting the Area of broken Rods and Anchoring with new Reinforcement Rods by vertical and Horizontal Method and welding it for Tensile Strength. Complete Bonding Agent for old Concrete Surface and also in Reinforcement areas. Finally for 20 mm thickness one Layer of Micro Concrete works for Compressive strength. Finishing the Plastering with River Sand, Cement Recron Fibers and SBR latex for additional Strength in plastering, Water Cure for 5 days and Finishing with three Coats of Elastomeric water proofing paints to protect the Structure by Silane Environment and Carbon Attack etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
