EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & fixing of LED street light fixture ≥ 60 W LED with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass having IP-66 degree of protection, individula LEDs must have secondary lenses for better throw across and along the road, with system luminaire efficiency ≥ 100 lumen/ watt, colour rendering index (CRI) of ≥ 70, corelated clour temperature (CCT) of 5700 K. Luminaire should have surge protection upto 05 KV and having additional surge protection upto 10 KV for driver, PF ≥ 0.9 and TD ≤ 10%, operating temperature range from 140 to 270 V the potted driver used shall be constant voltage based and ISI marked all as per BIS-15885 Part-2, Section 13 with efficiency ≥ 85%, make of driver shall be same as the make of fixture complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall obtain LM 79 & LM 80 test report (from third party NABL Lab only, in house Lab test report will not be considered) for the light fitting from the manufacturer before supply of material and submit to the department for approval. (ii) The manufacturer's LOGO shall be embossed into the housing of luminaire. (iii) Luminaire shall comply with all the above parameters as mentioned in description.

Supply, fixing connecting and testing energy efficient (BEE 5 Star rated) electric water heater vertical storage type of 25 Ltrs capacity with stainless Steel inner tank, brass assembly, pressure release valve, heating element 1500 W including all other accessories with high quality external finishes single phase with working voltage 240 volts, 50 Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. (MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEPING OF NEWLY DEVELOPED PLANTS/ GARDENS UNDER ITEM NO 10.01 to 10.10 FOR 24 MONTHS) Day to Day maintenance of newly developed plants/gardens/Trees plants by deploying minimum 01 gardner (experienced Mali) for guarding / security of the plants/ gardens including triming, suitable support for trees, etc as required as per standard practice all as specified and all as directed by the Garrison Engineer. NOTES :- (i) Periodical deweeding of unwanted vegitation growth around the plants and garden area. (ii) Watering all the Plants/Gardens/Trees as required for the proper growth. (iii) Periodical Lawn Mowing. (iv) Treating the plants and soil with required manure , pesticides and fertilizer including necessary topping of red earth and finally fine dressing, levelling etc (v) During the maintenance of any plant, if it is found dead, not true to the name or size as specified or not in satisfactory growth, plant of approved size & shape shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. (vi) Supply and application of manure, sweet earth & pesticides, fertilisers, cartage as required etc are included in quoted unit rate during maintenance period. (vii) Commencement of maintenance period of two years will commenced only after certified date of completion of work. (viii) Water will be supplied by MES . (ix) Hose pipe required for watering will be provieded by the contractor and their cost is deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (x) Cost of maintenance and upkeep will be deemed to be inlcuded in quoted rates. (xi) Necessary T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor

Half brick circular tree guard internal diameter 1.25 m and 1.2m above ground and 0.20m below ground bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses cement mortar (1:4) complete including necessary earth work all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mobile sprinkler automatic system of plastic made along with hard flexible pipe 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
