Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of cast steel valves,sluice valves, along with allied works at pumping station khoon by way of extraction of 100mm dia cast steel sluice valve installed with delivery pipe line of 10000 GPH x 250 MH HC pumpset unit no. 1 and 80 mm dia cast steel check valve installed with delivery pipe line of 10000 GPH x 250 MH HC pumpset unit no. 2, providing and fitting of new cast steel sluice valve and check valve confirming to ISI standard alongwith providing, fabrication and fitting of flanges-2nos. of suitable thickness, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts and rubber washers etc. to the flange joints. Joints should be properly welded using good quality electrodes.Job also includes making of interconnection of retrofitting hc pumpsets installted at dugwell to old distribution system by making of welding joints at delivery manifold to old distribution system pipeline by providing of 3 inch pipes with 3 inch sluice valve confirming to ISI standard alongwith providing, fabrication and fitting of flanges-2nos. of suitable thickness, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts and rubber washers etc. to the flange joints. Joints should be properly welded using good quality electrodes.Assembling of sluice valves ,check valve and then testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material hire charges of welding set and other tools and tackles, labour and shifting charges.
