Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering of external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound.

M & L applying two coats of cement base paint to newly plastered surface of wall including preparation.

M & L for washing rubbing and stopping colourd old surface upto any height, by scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts and cutting/uprooting vegetations growth, including filling of spots with POP and applying of two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering of internal surfaces 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) all as specified and directed.

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats fof oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer finished even and smooth, all as speciified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes by scraping down old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts including filling of spots with POP and applying two coats of white wash on old surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas , lintels, etc of average thickness 20mm in CM (1:3) with water proofing compound , finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1 :4 as in ceiling etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces applying of one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm in area and refixing in the same opening fitting to chowkat complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified and directed

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as directed.

All as per item No 16, above but as in dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, levelling course of cement concrete type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring for laying tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, call as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid or without and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, cills, for counter tops and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 20mm Screed bed in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified

M&L for precast cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate ) masonary with solid blocks, exc , 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, all as specified and directed.
