Carriage of main and auxilary structure

Shifting , Counting and loading of S/S main & auxiliary Structure at EFU, Naini Prayagraj (AKR-02, BKR-02,DKR-2, ALP-20, BCT-15, BBL-07, ABL-05, CCR-02, CCM-04, ABL-05, CGM-02, CGR-01 set)

Transporation of S/S main & auxliary structure from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Shahganj distanc approx 140 Km.

Unloading and Stacking of S/S main & auxiliary Structure at 132 KV S/S Shahganj (AKR-02, BKR-02,DKR-2, ALP-20, BCT-15, BBL-07, ABL-05, CCR-02, CCM-04, ABL-05, CGM-02, CGR-01 set)

Laying of eartmat in the extended switchyard 132/33 kV of the substation along with connecting the newly earthmat with existing earthmat as per detail below

Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrode with 40mm dia MS Round bar having 150mm long conical shape by due cutting straighting etc. and then piercing it vertically inside the ground with top 700mm below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from the storage place at substation to switchyard.

Laying of 40mm dia MS round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due cutting, straighting, welding, painting. Excavation of trenches, backfilling of trench after laying of earthmat include shifting of MS round bar from storage palce to switchyard.

Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar to connect with existing earth mat of substaion by due cutting straighting welding etc.

Making of cross joint of above laid 40mm dia MS round bar 700mm below the ground level by due welding at all four cormers including providing and welding rod suitable size 4 no. of MS angle pieces on opposite corner of cross joint.

Erection of S/S main and auxliary Structure (AKR-02, BKR-02,DKR-2, ALP-20, BCT-15, BBL-07, ABL-05, CCR-02, CCM-04, ABL-05, CGM-02, CGR-01 set) for installation of equipment e.g. 145 kV C.B, CT, PT, BSI, 33 KV CB, Isolator, CT etc. The work included shifting of all materials from storage places to works site, Proper erection of structure as per drawing and all associated work.
