SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

SCHEDULE A PART I Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Bringing approved fresh earth obtained from outside of MOD land ,filling in forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming,rolling and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and finishing to required gradient and shape complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth shall be brought from source aproved by the GE and the earth shall tested for suitable by use before executiion of this item. (ii) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consideration.

M & L for providing 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) GSB grade-II (Granular sub base of table 400-1 of MORTH, IRC specification using broken stone aggregtes of specified grading, spreading, watering, rolling by tandem vibrator roller & transverse gradient (1:100) for achieved field compaction at least to 98 % of (Mdd) Maximum of dry density of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying 100 mm (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading rolled using 8 to 10 tonne power roller & consolidated as specified to required gradient and camber complete all as specifed and as directed.

Scarifing or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller consolidated to average thickness 75 mm or less using binder content bitumen of grade VG-30 of 4% by weight of total mix all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ of Rs 50.00 per kg of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side. (ii) The bituminious mix shall be prepared in hot mix plant and transported to the site in clean vehicle and shall be laid by means of a self-propelled mechanical paver finisher with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls completed specified and directed.

M&L for prerparing surfaces of WMM by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compresed air to remove all dirt etc apply eveny a tack coat/priming coat with paving bituminous primer at 10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen content (VG-30) and minimum 2% cement as filler by weight of total weight of mix , using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Semi Dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as spacified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix.Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen content as 5.5%. (ii) Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ of Rs 50.00 per kg of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

M&L for continous brick edging with burnt clay old size bricks of sub class B with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously treated surface of road top and applying white thermoplastic road marking paint (formulation of plasticized resin) by mechanical process with drop on glass beads on top for lines, dashes & arrows etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial Item No. 13 above but exc 1.5m n exc.3.0m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50Km but not exceeding 5.00 Km and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as incoping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in beams, cantlevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides to concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, colums and stanchions fair finished fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT Bars Fe 500D conforming to IS 1786-2008 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT Bars Fe 500D conforming to IS-1786-2008 6 to 8mmmm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 30 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub glass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with old serviceable bricks, straight or curver on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Morter (1:4) on fair faces of bricks on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two of two coat of cement paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement paint primer complete .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat (smooth clasic) antifugal exterior coating emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) over 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss complete all as directed.

S&F for framed brackets or angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc, n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe-310 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as grill, grating etc. with end of bar shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, framed balusters etc conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prerparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire on top of perimeter wall complete all as directed.

S&F concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) fixed on Y shape angle over security wall complete all as specified and as directed. SCHEDUL A PART III Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 49 above but for 35 Sqmm 3.5 core cable.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
