M&L for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete.

M & L for Mild steel round/TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete.

Supply of chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and any type of standard rails staining bolt etc including provision of binding wire etc complete.

Surface dressing n exc 30 cm deep in soft/loose soil all as spd.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base / mass concrete etc. complete.

Material & labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glosy finished) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as directed. Note Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as specified.

M & L 12 mm thick Gypsum Board as in ceiling or wall penalling fixed with screws as per manufactur's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium/ GI sanp grid frame work for flase ceiling securing with 4 mm dia GI wire of 1.20 mtr centre to centre tying to roof members or bolting with self taping screws including all necessar y arrengements complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixedportions) with extruded built upstandard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 anIS:1285,fixing with dash fasteners ofrequired dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, straight,mitred jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete asper architectural drawings and the directions including fixing of glass in aluminium partition and panel for partition of required size as per site requierment. Note:- surface should be finished and make in good should be done for windows , ventilators , cuboards etc i.e. rendering

Supply only 4.8 mm thick figured glass glass ordinary quality and glazing in square exc. 0.5 sq m in each pane (including beading for fixing of glass in aluminium).

Supply only prelaminated particle board, 12 mm th interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work including 4.5mm thick cover fillets and all necessary fittings complete

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces and applying Two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of Primer with 1mm plaster of paris acrylic Putty complete all as specified and directed.
