Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbissh from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in full brick thick wall fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any redius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing for applying two coats of two component (1 part Liquid: 2 part Powder) ready to use cementitious waterproof coating on properly prepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following andcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating on horizontal and verticle surfaces. (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72hrs on horizontal and verticle surfaces. (iv) Material and labour for creating fillet coving 50x50mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall as per manufacture instructions,

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.Make : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching.(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid flat on cement concrete & joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) bedded over 15mm thick cement morter (1:6)mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering, 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls over 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises all as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs, kota stone of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in dado/skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding off edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid over cement screed base laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

M & L for rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting of other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fitttings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer all as specified.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
