Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistrand conductor cable 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator,etc after and including taking down of old existing point wiring including fixtures and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, holders, socket, etc and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
