Fabricating & fixing of M.S. Platform for safety purpose at Intake of bar screen 12 MGD STP Okhla by carrying out the following works:- Making the temporary wooden platform for safe execution of the work with all the required arrangement such as bamboo / MS frame, wooden flat, rassa etc. as per site requirements and dismantling the same after completion of work.
Providing/fabricating & Fixing the MS platform of size 6m x 0.8 m with stairs and railing to operate the sluice gate by using 8 mm thick chequered sheet, MS channel 75x40 mm, MS angles of size 65 x 65x 6 mm , GI pipe of dia 40mm for safe and easy operation of sluice gate.
Providing/fabricating & Fixing the MS platform of size 4m x 0.8 m with stairs and railing to operate the sluice gate by using 8 mm thick chequered sheet, MS channel 75x40 mm, MS angles of size 65 x 65x 6 mm , GI pipe of dia 40mm for safe and easy operation of sluice gate.
Grouting the above said platform frame at site with 12 mm thick M.S. Plate on the bottom side, including drilling, fixing the required fasteners and necessary civil work for fixing at the site.
Painting the complete structure with one coat primer red oxide and two coat of anti corrosive paint.
