Disconnecting of existing transformer outdoor/indoor type 11 KV/433 Volt supply system electrically both side, earth terminal and taking down care fully pole/platform mounted on PCC foundation etc and depositing to MES store yard of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as directed and as specified

Supply, installed , testing and commissioning outdoor type,step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 100 KVA, core type, double copper wound,oil immersed,naturally cooled,oil natural, Air natural (ONAN) with external cooling fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol, DYN 11 (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% to +7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap change gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 35 degree celcius in oil and 40 degree celcius in HV.LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celcius. The transformer shall be IS:1180 Part-1:2014 (Level-II) and BEE Certified and shall comprise of the followings:-

(b) One cable box on LT side ( Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with two Nos cable gland suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De- hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One Nos 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer , vapor pressure type, having range 0 - 120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc made of and connected to test point and earth dolly as all shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, as per site requirenment of GI protection pipe bore, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. (Length of GI earth strip & Protection pipe is up to 7.5 RM including) Note : - (i) If soil required in earthing shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. No extra amount shall be given to contractor for extra earthing soil. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 15mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling of unserviceable existing earthing any type complete including removing PCC from Site complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Srl item No 7 Contd … Notes :- Cost of following items are deemed to be included in unit rate:- (a) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (b) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (c) Testing of earthing. Note: On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable complete with all accessories and jointing materials suitable mounting on channel/angle iron with and incl cable pieces of suitable size length and line type vice for 3 core 50 to 95 Sqmm XLPE HT cable (kit shall be not older than 3 months from the date of manufacture) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable complete with all accessories and jointing materials suitable mounting on channel/angle iron with and incl cable pieces of suitable size length and line type vice for 3 core 120 to 185 Sqmm XLPE HT cable (kit shall be not older than 3 months from the date of manufacture) complete all as specified and directed.
