Supply & fix Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr, Kisok outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.14 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with both side opening doors, locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 250A current & 4 ways. PVC sheathed with colour coding incl 200 Amps 4 Pole MCCB and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in Open/, Wall/ ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench up to 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: As Per Site Condition laying of Cable Open/Wall/Trench

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Repair and replacement of automatic street light timer switch single phase , Frame Size 1, Max Load 6KW, Digital 24Hours , Contractor Rating (A) 32A TP, MCB Rating 40A SPN, HGS Smarty Series, incl Programmable Time Switch for SLP with complete circuit connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAke : Havells/Indo-Asian/ or ISI Marked Approved by Engr -in-Charge

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along earth wire with the 2x2.5 sq mm+1x2.5 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in casing caping as required.

Supply and fixing of Hot press moulded SMC Sintex Junction Boxes approx inside dimension (in mm) GSJB(2520) size 250x200x105mm with aluminium busbar incl mounting clamp with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Meter Panel board of size (900x600x200mm) CPRI approved made out enclosures are of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet powder coated siemens grey shade for load bearing member & non load bearing member with aluminium busbar rated 200 Amps with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeve and suport. current density 1/Sqmm, including all internal wiring will be done with PVC insulated copper conductor, space for single phase energy meter 04 Nos including MCCB three pole 63 Amps 01 No as incomer and MCBs SPN-40 Amps 04 Nos as a outgoings including locking arrangements for each meter separately and fixing the existing electric meters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cable termination to incomer MCCB three pole should be done with the suitable lugs and gland should be done.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm Make : As per sample approval.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type. Make : As per sample approval

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm. Make : As per sample approval
