Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows and fixed glazing including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling false ceiling with aluminium sections and particle board including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. old G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Labour charges for fixing aluminium work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of departmentally avaliable materials in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Re-fixing aluminium partitions with available aluminium sections, prelaminated particle board etc., including providing new necessary screws, rubber gasket, cleats all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Labour charges for moving and ascending the dismantled perforated false ceiling particle boards, partition boards and aluminium sections from the Sixth floor of the building to the First floor. Care should be taken that no sections are bend/ distorted and boards not broken.

Supplying and fixing of 8mm thick cement particle board as partition boards in the existing aluminium frame work with sunken screw etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for removing and re-fixing the felmet and cub-board shutters from 1st floor to 6th floor including providing necessary screws etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing wall paper of approved patern and shade with necessary adhesives etc complete to look even and joint free all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 1mm thick PVC flooring sheet of approved patern and shade with necessary adhesives, including rolling with wooden roller etc to have even and joint free surface all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
