Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. ( not exceeding 1.5 mtr. in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plain, depth upto 1.5 mtr. incl. disposal of excavated earth up to 1m from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in :( all kinds of soil).

Disposal / dumping of excavated material obtained from cutting through mechanical transport with lead upto 1.00 Km

Filling with available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth and side of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20 Cm depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work upto plinth level in: ( 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 04 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Crushed ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- all work upto plinth level in: 1.1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Crushed ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in suspended floors, landings &staircases having 15 degree slope excluding the cost of centering, shuttering all works upto floor five level ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Foundations, footings, basis of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutment, posts struts and pedestals

Lintels', beams , plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Reinforcement for RCC work including straighting, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. ( Hot rolled deformed bars).( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S ( non- modular) bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement motor 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors incl. watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required ( 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 Cm overall width plan GS Sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washer complete( 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and fixing 32 mmx250 mm plained eves boarding of 2nd class kail wood( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 fine sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand ) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing and similar work i.e square bar, flats etc. incl. applying a priming coat of approved steel primer ( G.I Pipes 40mm nominal bore( Class-B) (incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete)

Providing and Fixing 1mm thick M.S steel shutters with frame and diagonals braces of 40 x40 x 6mm angle iron,3mm M.S.gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley,40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing wood work in frames of Doors,window,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in Position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).(second class Deodar wood).( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc,complete(size of the tile 60x60cm)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado (upto 2 m height)over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(Marble tiles polished Raj Nagar 8 mm thick)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm(average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabe including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and Fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished),machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade,colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment ,epoxy touch ups,including rubbing ,curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete at all level(Granite of any colour and shape area of slabe upto 0.5 sqm)18mm thick
