Injection grouting, repairs and waterproofing to RCC roof of RLG Extension, BARC, Trombay, Mumbai 400085

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-frames with cup lock type on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tube joining with cup and lock system etc. complete as per clause of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of non-return valve injection packers/ nozzles at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations @ 300 mm c/c or 150 mm c/c in case of heavy dripping using suitable drill up to the depth of 100mm or generally half of the thickness of substrate/brick wall and sealing the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout or using rapid setting quick setting cementitious polymer modified compound, scaffolding etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and grouting to RCC slab from bottom side above false ceiling with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) which will foam after reaction with water/ moisture, cream time <20 seconds, rise time <30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times, provding of pump set up for knjection grouting, scaffolding etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Injection grouting with Cementitious slurry mixing with approved non shrink polymer as per manufacturers specifications , scaffolding etc complete as per clause of specification and as directed by EIC.

Sealing the cracks and nozzles by Unscrew the removable grouting nozzle and seal gaps with polymer mortar with high strength, high build, conforming to EN 1504-3 class R4, scaffolding etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brickwork / Stone work, filling the grooves of facia blocks by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings including providing and erecting of scaffolding, removal of after completion of work and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Up to 6 mm depth and 6 mm width.

Supply and Application chemcial base single-component, liquid-applied polyurethane (PU) waterproofing system thickness about 1.70 mm with Kemperol 1K of suggested make as mentioned in specificaitons for Parapet Wall and Critical Areas at elevation about 18"-00" and 51"-00" from ground level, at vertical surfaces etc. complete as per clause of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Scaffolding will be measured and made payment in relevent item.

Supply and Application chemical polyester resin-based, liquid-applied, fleece-reinforced waterproofing membrane thickness about 2.0 mm with Kemperol V210 of suggested make as mentioned in specifications at building joints in roof terrace etc. complete as per clause of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Scaffolding will be measured and made payment in relevent item.

Removing of existing bitumen/chemical based waterproofing treatment from terrace chajjas, parapets, building joints etc. by mechanically power grinding, by applying of chemical solvent remover, Surface cleaning with pressure water jet and disposal within 50m etc. complete as per clause of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Scaffolding will be measured and made payment in relevent item.

Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer including Providing and applying Anticorrosive treatment to exposed Reinforcement portion or steel surface with one coat of alkaline rust converter "feovert/rusticede or equivalent etcas per clause of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Scaffolding will be measured and made payment in relevent item.
