Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for electric poles stay foundation and under ground electric power cables etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in. including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-I, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver and impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete including making connection with street light box or OH line using PVC insulated and sheathed single core multi stranded alumn conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Repairs of existing light fitting fixed on High Mast of any type and height by lowering down the fitting with wrench machine, replacing the unserviceable/defective parts/ lights from the fittings and raising the fitting on high mast complete all as directed and specified. Note : Spares as required will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply & fix in replacement Driver for LED Street Light 20 Watt to 50 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M

Supply& fix in replacement Driver for LED Street Light 50 Watt to 160 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Street light Panel with astronomical timer switch assembly - 01 Nos with Contractor Rating 65TP, MCB TPN 63 Amps, , 240 Volts and all accessories to accommodate on sheet metal enclosures box with protection to each outgoing phase having single pole MCB SP 32 Amps - 4 Nos and having auto/mannual switch operation including connection with copper cable incl proper angle iron with proper load size for holding the timer box and PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for sub main wiring with 2 runs of FRLS PVC insulated multistrand, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm along with one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable 1100 volts multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire in and including PVC conduit incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium sranded conductor in 4 Sqmm twin core cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing underground cable PVC XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 2 Core, 10 Sqmm, confirming to IS-1554, laid in ducts/through pipes, in floor, on poles, in trenches including taking down old UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
