Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash on walls and cornices complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials (soils) upto a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .
