CIVIL WORK FOR SYNTHETIC SURFACE BADMINTON COURT : MATERIAL AND LABOUR FOR CEMENTED BASE (i) Preparing the surface by levelling, dressing, watering and rolling the earth as per required slope included excavation of 1ft deep floor. (ii) Application on weed killer and soil stabilizer by using the chemicals (Gammaxene and cholre phosphors). (iii) Laying in solid course bricks 5” stone hard. (iv) Providing Two walls 23 inch 02 layers, 19 inch 2 layers, 9 inch upto 2ft from bottom. (v) Providing Two wall Masonry wall of the all the four side of 2 to 2.5” height in width of 1.5” width. (vi) Top covered with 01x10mm round MS Bar with cemented mixer with 1:2:3 ratio and sealed around the toe wall. (vii) Seal coat with stone dust. (viii) Grades-Viscosity. (ix) VG-800

Hard standing platform. Hard platform 30ft x 54ft will be constructed of three layers with following specifications :- (i) First Stand Layer. 15cm of sand to level the uneven ground. (ii) Quarry Rock Layer. 15cm of quarry rock with gaps to be filled with gravel to avoid air pockets. (iii) Second Sand Layer. 15cm of sand for locking the base into hard standing. (iv) Third Layer. 8cm PCC Slab for hard standing base with cemented mixer with cement+sand+10mm stone in ration of 1:2:3.
