MTPS I - Civil Circle Renovation works to the existing security gents toilet building in main gate at MTPS I

Dismantling the existing wall tiles in cement mortor and removal the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, all materials, leads & lifts, transporting etc., complete.

Chipping and roughening the existing floor surface and removal the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, all materials, leads & lifts, transporting etc., complete.

Dadooing the walls with ceramic glazed tiles approved make, colour and quality size of 300x450x8mm over 10mm thick C.M 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in for toilet walls including cutting chase in walls wherever required finishing neat, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Providing floor finish with vitrified ceramic anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour, quality and required size and the thickness shall not be less than 6mm over 10mm thick CM1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for toilet including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat, including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site

Supplying and fixing of white colour glazed wash basin of approved make and size of 550mm x 400mm with necessary fixtures such as 1 No. CP Nose pillar cock, waste coupling, 32mm waste hose, 1No.gate valve, 1/2” connecting hose and bottle trap etc., finishing the disturbed masonry neatly including cost of all materials, transporting, all labour, all lead & lift, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of white colour European type western water closet of approved make and size with double flapped seat, Chromium Plated angle valve, connecting hose, Health faucet with1.50m flexible hose, and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings including cost of all materials, all lead & lift, all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of indian make white glazed earthen ware flat back urinal of best approved quality including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition, complete complying with standard specifications Chromium Plated angle valve, connecting hose and other all accessories with all internal fittings including cost of all materials, all lead & lift, all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of ISI make UPVC pipe of size 25mm for water supply arrangements with all specials as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, cost of PVC tap, clamp, screws, Nail, all labours, all lead & lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of M.S.Plain Sheeted (18 Gauge) Steel door of required size using M.S.Angle 35x35x5mm for outer frame 25x25x5mm for shutter frame and bracing, shutter with 18 Gauge M.S.Sheet, including cost of all materials, labour charges, transporting, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 110 mm dia (4kg/cm2) ISI make PVC pipe for sewer line arrangements with all specials as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of cost of all materials, labours, all lead & lift, T&P, etc., complete.
