Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar (using water proof compount) 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting pt complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking rubber moulded paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 Grade laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning. Note :- sand shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L for factory made rubber moulded pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) of size 300 x 300 x 100mm and fixing in CM 1:4 as in kerb stone use with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match including embedding in the ground to depths indicated and tamping ground around and also for removing any surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only sand filling under floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) type B-0 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in bed plates, coping etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of concrete and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe, 100mm bore, sand cast in any length, with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors and making necessary connections complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth etc , not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq.m each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing disposable materials from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: 4 runs of 6 sq mm cable and one run of 4 sq mm earth wire cable and PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit)

S&F MCB DB TPN 4 way double door with metal door suitable for housing of MCBs grouting/flush in wall and making good to disturbed surfaces incl fixing material/accessories complete all as specified and directed at site.
