Electric Works. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Phase-30 KVA servo-stabilizer including oil and all allied electrical acessories with earthing. Providing / Fitting of 3.5 core, 50 sqmm XLPE, PVC sheathed, armoured Al cable from Servo Stabilizer to Control Panel with other required accessories cable glades,clamps,saddles proper laying/connections as per relevant standards, to be laid as per requirement. (To be Paid as per actual)

Providing / Fitting of 3.5 core, 35 sqmm XLPE, PVC sheathed, armoured Al cable from Servo Stabilizer to Control Panel with other required accessories cable glades,clamps,saddles for proper laying/connections as per relevant standards, to be laid as per requirement. (To be Paid as per actual)

Providing / Fitting of 3.5 core, 25 sqmm XLPE, PVC Sheathed, Al cable from Control Panel to individual lifts withother required accessories cable glades,clamps,saddles for proper laying/connections as per relevant standards, to be as per requirement. (To be Paid as per actual)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930,Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) (To be paid as per actual).

Miscellaneous Jobs in the Lift Shaft (to be paid as per actual) Providing and fixing of the suitable lifting/hoisting beam(ISMB-250) at the overhead of lift shaft. The job includes providing and fixing of base plates with the shaft walls by means of anchor fasteners and welding of the beam with the base plates after proper alignment. (to be paid as per actual). Job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Supply,installation,and wiring of IP65-rated LED bulkhead lights in the lift shaft, including secure mounting, conduit wiring, connection, testing and commissioning as per approved specifications.(to be paid as per actual)

Providing and fixing of ladder fabricated out of structural steel of requisite sections at terrace for maintenance,inspection, emergency access to lift shaft etc., if required (to be paid as per actual). Job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and applying of White washing with lime to give an even shade on New work (three or more coats) interior walls of the shaft as required (to be paid as per actual)

Providing & Laying of Beam above car door in concrete(M-30 grade) including reinforcement, if required.

Earthing Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required or as per OEM recommandation

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

CRC/weather proof enclosure Providing, Construction and Fitting of 6ftX5ftX4ft CRC/weather proof Enclosure(SWG16, powder coated) or as per site requirements for servo voltage stabilizer on concrete foundation/footing. (to be paid as per actual requirements at site)

Foundation for Servo Stablizer and panel Providing concrete foundation for servo stabilizer and control panel including excavation, concreting, anchor bolts fixing, leveling, curing, and making good, complete.(if Required)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC). Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of above lift which include routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance for period of ONE YEAR including repair/replacement of worn-out items with minimum downtime and warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced items after completion of TWO-year DLP period.
