Excavating, Supplying and filling of local Earth (including royalty) by mechanical Transport upto lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Supplying and stacking at site Graded crushed stone aggregate of size 63 mm to 45 mm

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo Mechanical Treated bars.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry,but excluding the cost nosing of steps etc complete.40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone agg. Cr.
