Supply and erection of 11 KV grade Pin Insulator, 10 KN for 11 KV overhead line as required

Laying and stringing of earth wire including supplying of 8 SWG/ 4mm of GI Wire

Erection of cradle gurading including supply of 8 SWG GI wire, fabrication of the cradle guard and fixing onto guarding channels

Making of DP Channels, brackets, clamps, etc. as per requirement by cutting, welding etc.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trench or drain (not exceeding) 1.5 mtrs in width or 10 sqm (on plain) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.5 mtr inlcuding getting out the excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 mtr all kind of soil ( 1.75m x 1.75m x 2.5m x 04 nos.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of concreting and shuttering all works up to plinth level in 1:2:4 ratio with 20mm nominal size stone chips (1.5m x 1.5m x 2.5m x 04 nos. towers)

Supplying and fixing of MS Nut and bolts of different sizes as required

Painting of steel tubular poles, Swaged type, and fabricated towres with one coat aluminium paint including one coat of approved grade steel primer

Dismantling of 9/11/13m poles with bracket etc.

Dismantling of one circuit KM of overhead line comprising of ACSR DOG Conductor, GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Supplying and erection of maintenance free earthing electrode pipe-in-pipe technology zinc coated with 76mm dia outer pipe and 42mm dia inner pipe with inter pipe space packed with crystallaine conductive mixture with end termination for connecting to outside system. (length of electrode = 3 metres)

Providing and back filling of compound to enhance soil conductivity @ 50 Kg per pit, as per instruction of Engineer In-charge

Supplying and laying of 40mm x 6mm, GI Flat for earth connection from lighting conductor to earth electrode

Providing and fixing of 8" diameter reflective type pole/ feeder designation stickers bearing danger sign, feeder desgination and voltage grade

Providing and fixing of three nos. 2" wide radium strip colour on each pole (red, yellow, blue) as per instructions of Engineer In-charge

Supplying and fixing of non-linear resistor type lighting arrestors, 10 KA, suitable for 3-phase 3.3 KV overhead line complete set as per enclosed specification (set of 03 nos. arrestors, clamps, nut and bolts etc. as required) including connection with existing earth pits.
