Carrying charges of fixed type High mast including contract panel, cable, luminaries etc., from Akshayanagar store to site i.e Hand wood point more and near LCT Jetty by hire of Car/Matador and oil others necessary arrangement as per requirement complete as per direction of EIC.

Installation of the High mast pole with fitting fixing of the luminaries (9 Nos.) on the lighting tower and laying of the PVC insulated Al. Ar. Cable with all interconnection complete with testing of the same as per direction of EIC.

Carrying back the fixed type High mast including control panel, cable, luminaries etc., to PHE store after dismantling the luminaries accessories, cable etc., at Akshyanagar store by hiring of Car/Matador and all others necessary arrangement after completion of Maghipurnima Festival in continuation of Ganga Sagar Mela 2026 all complete as per direction of EIC.

Guarding arrangement of the while installation round the clock of the Maghipurnima Festival period as per direction of EIC.

Drawing of flood light paints for LCT Jetty ghat to 4 Nos. Jetty ghat Harwood point make to LCT Ghat River side to all Jetty ghat area and new bus stand area and other place as directed on supply on hire basis of 400 Watt Sodium flood light fixture-1 No., with control gear Box and Son T Lamp etc., and complete the work from-31.01.2026 to 02.02.2026= 3days X 99 Pts.

Drawing of the street light points for LCT Jetty ghat to 4 Nos. Jetty ghat Harwood point make to LCT ghat, riverside to all Jetty ghat area and new bus stand area and other place as directed on supply on hire basis of 250 Watt sodium flood light fixture-1 No. and SON Lamp etc., and complete the work for 3 days= 3 days. X 98 Pts.

Drawing of the flood light point as per direction of EIC under Lot No. 8 area at different places and supply on hire basis of 400 Watt twin type flood light fixture and 2 Nos. SON-T Lamp and 2 Nos. Control Gear Box complete the work. for 3 days== 3 days. X 35 Pts.

Supply and delivery on hire basis of the special type area bracket mode with 40 mm dia GI Pipe X 2 Mtr. Long for light fixture of Sodium viper fixture including MS collar welded at neck of the bracket including painting by red oxide painter per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery on hire basis at site of "D" type Iron clamp set galvanized with necessary Gl nut and washer size of 3½" x 5"

Supply and delivery on hire basis porcelain shackle insulator size of 70 mm X 88 mm.

Fitting fixing of "D" type Iron clamp parceling shackles and pole clamp in the M.S. pole of the complete of the erection work.

Drawing of L.T. feeder and distribution line from medium pressure voltage 3 phase 4 wire system by 25 sq mm PVC single core aluminium wire on hire basis at different places of Lot No. 8 area i.c. LCT Jetty ghat bus stand, river side, with harwood point area etc.

Providing and drawing on hire basis including supply, laying and transportation charges of the 6 sq mm 1.1 K.V. single core PVC insulated and sheathed standard aluminium cable.

Supply and drawing of the 35 sq mm X 3 ½ core cable oon hire basis from Harwood point transformer (6 Pole) to new busstand with hire basis of main switch.

Making earthing arrangement by supply 5/8" dia earth spire of 2 mtr. Along with galvanized bolts nuts and washer etc. including supplying and fitting fixing of 8 Nos. SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuers running earth on the to the pole.

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation round the clock of the Maghipurima festival period of total area of Lot No. 8 as per direction of EIC.
