M&L for taking out old unserviceable burnt winding of centrifugal motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply after disconnecting all electrical connections and rewinding by using super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio, applying insulation varnish and drying up to specified period to achieve desired insulation value including reassembling of motor after rewinding and testing before reinstallation and including all electrical connection using suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed 10/15 HP capacity.

Transporting Submersible/ Centrifugal Pump Set any capacity from Pump House/ E&M store yard at ADRDE/VIGYAN VIHAR/RAKSHA VIGAR tonearest workshop for repairing including carefully loading/ unloading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting out/ taking up carefully submersible Pump Set and motor by deploying skilled labour from bore well after disconnecting electrical and pipe line conections, with the help of chain pully block with tripod including column pipe and submersible cable from 240 feet approx depth, disconnecting pump and motor from coupling and keeping aside for testing / checking submersible pump set and other connected acessories for servicibility complete all as specified and directed. Note: T&P required shall be provided by the contractor and the rates for the same are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Dismantling of pump & motor (monoblock or submersible), checking impeller, distance sleeves, bush and other parts for its serviceability complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviciable burnt winding of submersble motor 10/12.5/15 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, 2900 RPM, 50 Hz AC supply and rewinding by using copper super enamelled conductor PVC insulated of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding by replacing following burn out parts complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Spare parts required to replaced if any shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Lifting and lowering shall be measured and paid under items 3 & 9 of BOQ respectively.

Taking down base frame of centrifugal pump set from pump house after dismantling of pump and motor after disconnecting electrical and water supply connection and M&L for fabrication of base frame from structural steel as per existing shape and size including cutting, drilling, welding, replacement of foundation nut and bolts etc including refixing of pump and motor on new base frame making proper aligngnment and further fixing on PCC foundation and making electrical and water supply connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement uPVC column pipe with 80 mm nominal dia ,heavy duty suitable for pressure of 26 kg/cm2 and wall thickness not less than 7.62 mm with chain pulley with pipe joint system with coupler and wirelock for extra pump safety and including coupler on one side complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 32x6 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Supply and spread clean dry sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shalll be measured and paid.

Supply and fixing LT panel board outdoor type, cubical compartment pedestal mounting type fabricated CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick with both side open type,double door having inner sheet thickness 2 mm, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 volt with insulted Copper bus bar of size suitable to carry 1.5 times current of main MCCB incomer should be provided to length/width of the panel for free and smooth connection of the cable for MCCB, finished with powder coated, dust vermin proof, ventilated compartment door and necessary earth work & foundation with the following items including connection with suitable capacity of copper wire for internal wiring and connecting to LT UG cable using suitable size of lugs and testing and commissioning with foundation, including taking out the old U/S panel board from position and removing from site and make all electrical connection with existing outgoing/incoming cable to the new panel with suitable size lugs complete all as specified and directed.:-
