Water supply scheme Humhama Heights Repairs to 100 mm dia GI rising main (SR Line) laid underground at Airport road of water supply scheme Humhama Heights. a) The job includes getting permission from concerned territorial PHE division for hassle free execution of work. b) Earth work excavation at leaking spots. The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour / JCB/ Hammer drilling / welding process whichever is feasible as per requirement at site. Excavation = 5ft x 4ft x4ft = 80 cubic ft= 22.648 cum. C) Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages. D) Repairs by way of Providing /Fitting of fresh rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts as per site requirement. The job includes welding of cracked pipes /flanges wherever necessary by arrangement of welding sets, tools, and tackles shifted to site, with least inconvenience to general public. E) Refilling of trenches after necessary repairs as per site requirement. F) Testing of repaired joints after repairs on full load. G) The 100mm dia G.I Flanged pipe shall be provided by the Department.

Water supply scheme Bugam 1st Dismantling of the damaged NRV and then Providing, fitting of DI heavy duty 100mmØ double flanged Non return valve suitable for PN 1.6, to be fitted in delivery pipe. The Non return valve should be of relevant ISI mark reputed make. The cost includes providing of 02 nos flanges suitable size. Testing the NRV on full load. All tools and tackles required for execution of job are to be arranged and brought to site by contacting agency.
