Charges for dismantling of engine assembly from the water pump and refitting of the engine assembly after overhauling, inside engine assembly top dismantling, cleaning and inspection, Engine block acid washing, cam shaft bend checking, cylinder head crack checking and pressure checking and correction, Fuel injector pressure testing and F.I Pump pressure recalibration including fuel leak attending work, Lube oil cooler servicing, pressure testing, leakage testing, Heat exchanger servicing and pressure testing, exhaust pipe modification work and turbo charger re-conditioning, engine oil and gear box oil replacement, Self starter servicing, Engine alignment and timing set, based on firing order, Engine top complete assembling and idle running including cost of T&P and consumables.

Charges for overhauling of pump model 8A 20B in LVWS / HVWS system by isolating from the hydrant system / Emulsifier system, providing suitable dummy plate on the suction & discharge side releasing of complete pump assembly from its bed, dismantling of pump, top casing, end covers, stuffing box, coupling, split gland, bearings and its internals, thorough cleaning, Reconditioning of pump casing in bearing seating areas, Impeller shaft, replacing of worn out spares, epoxy painting, re assembling the pump intact and fixing in position, aligning and conducting trial run including cost of bearings, sleeves, seals, fasteners, gaskets and consumables and hire charges for T&P.
