M.S. work in R.C.C. up to two floor lvl steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, beeding, placing in position and binding all completed DSR 5.22A.6

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular)bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.1.1

Cement Concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizw) including finishing complete DSR 11.7

15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) DSR 13.5.2

Steel work in built up tublar tursses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, elded and bolted including special shapped washers etc. complete (a) Electric resistance or induction butt welded DSR 10.16.3

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specification : Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, DSR 2023, 13.48.3
