Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders inexisting cubicle panel board including drillingholes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc.as required. (200 A, 16 kA, TPMCCB)

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required

Providing and fixing 32 A TPN disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Wiring for light/ power plugwith 2X4 sq.mmFRLSPVC insulated copper conductor single corecable insurface/ recessed mediumclass PVCconduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of "Single Pole & Neutral" poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)
