Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( one cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like drain etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling behind retaining wall/breast wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 in granular material within all leads and lift of material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete hollow block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) .as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel promer all completeas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required Centering complete. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. 12mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1cement: 4 sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

12mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement: 4 fine sand):Sunk Bandas as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint( Acrylic Washable emulsion of Asian paints/ Berger paints/ Nerolac paints) system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.? 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & patternas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
